One serving is 1 mL, which the label puts at about 2 droppers full. The bottle holds 2 fl oz (59.14 mL), or 60 servings. Taken twice a day as directed, that is 2 mL daily and 30 days per bottle.

The one printed amount
How much chromium is in GlucoZen?
Chromium is the only ingredient with its own number: 0.7 mcg per 1 mL, shown as 2% of the Daily Value. It comes as chromium picolinate. Two servings add up to 1.4 mcg a day.
For scale, the adult Adequate Intake runs from 25 to 35 mcg a day, and blood sugar trials used 200 to 1,000 mcg daily (NIH ODS: Chromium fact sheet).. The American Diabetes Association does not recommend chromium supplements for blood sugar benefit (ADA Standards of Care 2026, Sec. 5).

Proprietary blend
What is in the 200 mg proprietary herbal blend?
The blend weighs 200 mg per 1 mL and is shared by 22 ingredients. No single amount is printed. FDA rules allow a blend to show only its total, as long as the parts are listed from heaviest to lightest (FDA Labeling Guide Ch. IV: proprietary blends).
That order is the only clue to each share. If all 22 weighed the same, each would be about 9 mg. Maca, listed first, could be up to the full 200 mg in the best case. L-carnitine, listed last, can weigh no more than about 9 mg. The ingredients overview lists every name by position.

What are the other ingredients in GlucoZen drops?
Five more ingredients make up the liquid: deionized water, organic citrus extract, natural flavors, stevia and xylitol. Stevia and xylitol sweeten the drops without table sugar.
Xylitol is the one to know about if you share a home with a dog. The FDA says it can cause a sharp drop in a dog's blood sugar within 10 to 60 minutes (FDA: Xylitol is dangerous for dogs). Store the bottle where pets cannot reach it.

Why does the GlucoZen label say "Phone Number"?
The distributor line ends with the words "Phone Number" and no digits. The address above it is 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011. It looks like a label template slot that was never filled in.

Does GlucoZen contain caffeine?
Yes, from guarana seed and green tea leaf, which both sit in the blend. The label does not state how much caffeine a serving holds. Guarana is third of 22, so its extract can weigh at most about 67 mg per 1 mL, and the caffeine within it is less.
