Who runs myglucozen.com, and what does this privacy policy cover?
Myglucozen runs myglucozen.com. As the U.S. stocking partner, we stock GlucoZen for American buyers but do not make it. Our office is at 600 Broadway, Suite 4C, New York, NY 10012, USA.
The website is a static information site. It has no user accounts, no login, no comment boxes and no contact forms. You read pages, and you can email us. When you click an order button, you leave our site for a checkout run by ClickBank.
This policy covers two things only: the emails you send to our website inbox and the logs our web server keeps. It does not cover the ClickBank checkout, GlucoZen order support, or any other website we link to. Each of those has its own rules.
This privacy policy is a working draft dated October 12, 2026. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. We will post the reviewed version on the same address and change the date at the top.

What does the ClickBank checkout collect when you order GlucoZen?
The checkout collects your payment and shipping details, and ClickBank, not Myglucozen, holds them. Every order button on our site opens a page on a ClickBank address that starts with glucozen.pay.clickbank.net.
On that page you type your name, shipping address, email and card or other payment details. ClickBank processes the payment. Its own privacy policy explains what it keeps, how long it keeps it and whom it shares it with. Read that policy on the checkout before you pay.
We do not see your card number. We may learn that an order was placed through one of our links, because that is how we get paid. ClickBank also offers order help at https://www.clkbank.com/.
Use
How do we use the emails you send us?
We use your email only to reply to you and to act on what you asked. That might mean fixing a typo, answering a press question or handling a privacy request.

Your browser may still store copies of our pages and fonts so they load faster next time. That is normal browser caching and holds no personal profile.
The ClickBank checkout is a separate site. It may use cookies to run the payment and to credit the link you came from. Its policy describes them.

We will post any change on the same address and update the date. A big change, such as adding analytics, will be explained in plain words at the top of the policy.
